I found the office staff to be rude and quite unhelpful here. The nurses are very kind.

This is in regards to 195 Worcester Street facility. (not 173). Interesting that there are no other reviews. Anyway, my husband and I have had an awful experience with one of the Nurse Practitioners and the Office Manager here. In our opinion, they do not demonstrate that they care about your health or your concerns. I would advise, in my personal opinion, to steer clear of here. Some other workers/doctors have been helpful here, but it's not worth it.
