As a boat owner. This is a forum question at best. Gasoline or diesel? However... there are additives that help the fuel if small amount of water present. Correct solution is.to pump tank dry and install a water separator filter in the fuel line. West sells additives and filters. Tank pumping is a job for pros. If diesel, find a fuel polishing company.
