They are currently open for dine in and carry out. I have seen some people bring lawn chairs and sit by their cars with their take out orders.

I have no idea, I like the Freezer, but I'm hoping it opens soon, I know they were open for carryout, but I like the atmosphere and just want to sit at one of the tables.
