They will rip you off!! I needed a sensor replaced in my oven that is only 3 years old (struck by lightning). Eventhough I knew what it was they wouldn't provide a repair quote unless I had them come out for $89, then they quoted an outrageous price!! I can buy the sensor for $10-50 and replace it on my own in less than an hour. They wanted to charge me $350!!! $240 of that I was told would be labor!!! Really! Theives!!! So, now I'm out the $89 just for the quote that they could have provided via telephone!! I will be doing the repair myself or finding someone else.
