Was able to get an appointment this morning. Very friendly staff and good massage with private rooms and I think the table was an electric warming table. Felt really good on my back. I needed some relief from my pain. I’m sore from working out and my lower back hurts mostly all the time anyway from my scoliosis I assume. This massage really helped.

U can have 30 mins to 2 hours . I usually go 90 minutes
