Progressive waste gave out to their customers those blue garbage barrels. I got mine in 2015. It showed up in my driveway with no note explaining why that was done. For over 16 months I paid my bills on time for my garbage and not once was there a charge for this barrel. Now Waste Contraption has bought Progressive Waste and now Wasted connections started to include a $3 charge every bill cycle. I never ordered this barrel, I never signed for one, I never wanted one, I was never billed for one until Wc saw the dollar $igns. Plus, I already have garbage cans. Unfortunately theres no receipt to show that there was no charge. I just assumed that when someone gives you something you never ordered, it's yours. Not with Wasted Contraptions. They'll screw you over if you give them the chance. Now I have to give back the free barrel Progressive Waste gave to me. But I will make sure to get a receipt that they received it before I give it to them. I had to get up early to make sure the garbage man didnt skip me again. Photo is me telling him my bill WAS PAID last month and to NOT skip my house again. I also told him I will give him my payment to show that he should not skip my house. Proof that i'm paid up. Pisses me off that these corporations choose to screw over their customers.
