Took my look labordoodle for grooming. I stood at the grooming desk for TWENTY FOUR MINUTES while two women choose to ignored me, they came up to the desk, took dogs from the desk area, were right there at the desk knowing I was there waiting. Took a women from the front desk to walk all the way over to the grooming area to ask me if I had been helped. Which is how I learned I had made a mistake thinking my appointment was at 11, instead it was at 2. I apologized that I had made a mistake. Two women groomers purposely ignored me because I wasn't at the correct time. It took a lady from the front to ask if I've been helped, unacceptable. The groomers then finally said to me, that's why we were ignoring you. It would not have taken but 30 seconds to say "can I help you?" I won't be returning. If 30 seconds is too much to give to your clients, I can't imagine the care you give to my beloved pets.

Been going there since opening, my various fur babies love the play time and the staff makes you feel like family. Ms. Vicky groomer there the best I've ever had. Would highly recommend!!! My babies love it

My momma boys don't mind going here and that says A LOT! I feel better leaving them here if I can not have them with me. Everyone is helpful and sweet and I love the report cards. If you have to leave the fur babies this is where you want them to be.
