Have seen dogs lounging under the tables of their parents, and they were holding on to leashes, but not too tight and the dogs were very relaxed. Alot were sleeping and MOST of them were on the "porch section. That was on a Sunday. May differ as weather chances.

I have seen dogs on people's boats at they come in. And a few around outside not sure about the policy though.
