Is it a regular thing to ignor your tenants for weeks at at time when they have NO A/C with small children

Yes, they have terrible maintenance and will say they will fix your issue but either won't fix it or ghetto fix it. Terrible.

Interesting comment - this tenant received 2 months FREE rent - tenant failed to change her AC filter EVER - was one of the worst the AC company EVER saw - causing thousands in damage to the AC system. Think before you write please.....

Terrible beyond belief. Can’t count on them at all. They will accuse you of any thing that goes wrong. Even if the owner doesn’t renew your lease to do a remodel. And even if the owner, while standing right next you, says this ac unit is 20 years old and it needs to be moved, so we will be replacing the unit. They will try to blame and charge you to replace the unit by holding your deposits! Yep your tenants should buy you a new unit! Crooks. All Of them. Haven’t heard the last from us.
