My mom and I needed several documents notarized. When we arrived at the store there was a long line but it was moving swiftly thanks to the employees behind the counter. When we were called up to the counter we were greeted by Sarah who took us to a quiet portion of the store. Sarah took the time to point out every detail we needed to pay attention to to make sure the documents would be accepted by our lawyer. She saved us a great deal of time and we will always use this UPS store for all of our needs.

Absolutely horrendous and uncomfortable. I ship over 1,000 packages per year with UPS on average. I had to come to the store because my local branch was closed, which by the way has exemplary service and friendly staff. While in the store one of the employees was screaming at a customer on the phone. I'm talking full-blown screaming. Spiked the office phone on the ground and broke it into a bunch of pieces. The woman at the desk was all attitude. I stayed very calm and deliberate I needed to get my packages shipped. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. No one in the entire office wore any name tags and no one would give out any information about who they were. She was incredibly rude. I don't leave reviews often but I found this completely unacceptable. She treated me like a second rate citizen when I have a commercial UPS account. But she was totally fine with her co-worker screaming at the top of her lungs and smashing the company phone. Refuse to acknowledge who her manager was. I will never go back to this store again and somebody should do something about the behavior of these people.
