Even though some ot the staff is super helpful and kind, the owner is not. Unfortunately their services are extremely overpriced, at least when it comes to printing. Their self service printer works only for small prints and if you have multiple you need to print them one by one and it takes a long time. But hey you can ask them to do it for you and you'll pay double on an already overpriced service. Up to you to decide if convenience is worth THAT MUCH!

Edit - I am adding one star because after calling the merchant where I purchased this from and FedEx corporate, I was told that I had no chance of getting my packaged delivered, the package randomly (and somehow magically) was delivered yet again to this location. This time, I actually got a phone call about it and went to pick it up. I had set up a vacation hold as I was out of town and was expecting 2 packages. The first package was held at this location. In the middle of the vacation hold, the 2nd package was delivered to my address and sat at the doorstep for days. I went to pick up my vacation hold (the hold was from the 8-13th - and the 13th was a Sunday and they were closed) and they had shipped it out on the 14th. When I asked why it was, they said that they don't hold packages for more than 7 days at a location (the package was delivered to the location on the 7th so today would have been the 7th day anyways). Anyways, they were a bit rude and not helpful and said that there was no supervisor around to talk to and to contact the shipper. I contacted the shipper and they looked into it, and they said that the package was not placed on a vacation hold, when it was. I have confirmation e-mail from FedEx that it was a vacation hold as well as a screen shot from my FedEx app as proof. Long story short, the shipper couldn't help me and all they could do was offer me a refund. I would rather use a dehydrated camel to ship something than FedEx as it would be more likely to end up where you need it to be. This 1 star review is for many bad experiences that I've had with FedEx, but this one just pushed it over the edge.

BEWARE! AVOID! Manager is extremely rude and completely incompetent. Not to mention they charge an exorbitant amount of over $2 per page for a simple fax. He didn’t even know what size paper to use for u.s. legal documents claiming there was no such thing. He’s such a dim witted and arrogant individual he should honestly be ashamed of himself. He also double charged me and refused to refund the second charge, it seems like this is a fairly common occurrence at this location.

Home delivery is normally Tuesday thru Saturday. Express shipments are different
I think so but not positive. I would call to be sure.
