Live there for two years prior to 8 months ago. I lived in the first apartment for a year and a half. Started smelling and seeing urine coming down my bathroom wall from a broken pipe in the upstairs apartment. It took 5 days for maintenance to enter the apartment. Office staff very rudely told me the new owners didn't know they had bought the complex with so many issues. Then they told me the apartment they were moving me too was left in excellent condition.(NOT). After my second year lease ran out they rudely ask me to leave. My rent was always paid on time. Office staff is very unprofessional. Fair warning to all. Oh yah, they will also tow your guests vehicle without warning.

DON’T MOVE IN HERE!!! Key given by THEM is not working. It isn’t turning at all (it was working perfectly fine, but the lock was so old it was hard to open the door from time to time) we called their “emergency call service” and apparently, although their lock IS NOT WORKING, we need to get our own locksmith and pay for it out of pocket! They’re the worst. Without mentioning our tub not draining and having a water heater that actually exploded during the first weeks :). Thanks for nothing Brittany Bay. Oh and one more thing, their so called “answering agents” are very rude so if you ever end up living here, good luck.

They didn't even show us the apartment they didn't bother; it's a roach-infested dump way overpriced, 1200 for a two-bedroom one-bath, cops are always around gunshots are heard at night. I keep my kids inside because of stray bullets flying around. Trash is thrown everywhere; the staff will enter your home and leave the door wide open. The patio that they proudly said they built cant be used becuase you can't put anything out there, but a plant and a chair, or you will be fined 100 dollars for everything you have there. There is no safe place for kids to play. There is a little bit of grass right next to the road. Cars also use the speed bumps as ramps as they speed through the complex. Do not move in here. It is not worth the money

Moved me into a place without prior inspection. Both sinks were leaking water underneath, tub wouldn’t drain, electrical outlets were old and too loose to use, and my A/C unit was absolutely disgusting. Gave me no information on the fact I had to get a special card and load it with cash to use the laundry facilities. Even after calling and reporting them not working to the property manager, they didn’t think to make sure I knew how it worked. Constant construction noise outside of my building and for someone who works from home, it’s not very practical to be on a business call when someone is hammering the side of my building. Renovate before you move people in. False advertising online showing only the renovated apartments should be a crime. If you want to charge a lower price for buildings still be worked on, that is fine, but disclose that information & don’t take advantage of people. Only good thing I have to say is that Moses, the maintenance guy, was a super good dude & fixed a lot of my issues.

They are called Kimball key. Not sure if they are worse than the last ones, as they charge more for rent and have done nothing to improve this place.

I believe there are a few units available but they are in the middle of renovations. (I just moved in) so if you are planning on moving in I would suggest to wait til after the new years for a more finalized price. My rent is about to increase due to renovations.
