I moved into Somerset a little over a year and a half now. I moved in during a transitional period where many improvements and upgrades were being made. Rachael, in the leasing office has been extremely helpful in any situations or issues that have arisen. Maintenance is always timely and efficient. Though this location has been going through a transition, I have really felt more of a sense of community here than I have at other complexes, where I actually know my neighbors. Looking forward tot he continued efforts and growth of Somerset.

Rachel is amazing!!!! She was very good at speaking with me, she couldn’t help me resolve all the things but never did she lie to me about any of it & it did help me rationalize my situation. Even though I’d be upset & not the easiest resident to constantly deal with, she still went out of her way to explain all the whys and also try to make me laugh & feel heard. Both good & bad days she’d check in on me- she even helped me w/rehoming my furniture on moving day!! The day Rachel decides to grow out of Somerset is the day Somerset will have lost all value in that leasing office.

I am doing a re-review. I like it here. Nice area, nice people, for the most part. They have made some updates to the apartments and have changed property management since 2012. The people who manage the property now are nice and attentive, very professional. They are making new policies to improve the community, for example, enforcing parking rules and enforcing the use of pool passes to keep people who do not live in the community from taking advantage and destroying property. There have been some domestic issues and some crime (things that can happen anywhere), but the police are prompt in responding. Sometimes, people don't pick up after their dogs, which can be annoying. For the most part, it's pretty safe and my neighbors are cool.
