I’ll be real, not hi class live and whatsoever. However, if you just need a place to live for a while, it does it’s job. Includes laundry, and shower. Good kitchen, and right next to Sunnyside Café. rent is a flat rate, so you don’t have to worry about energy and water. And a major plus, Wi-Fi is included!

If I could give negative stars to this place I would!!!! These apartments are over priced, cheaply made, outdated and rat infested. Parking rules not enforced at all. Properly management not informative and can be very rude!!! Plumbing is terrible and very cheap and outdated appliances. The pictures are deceiving, this is a terrible place to live!!!!!!! -5 stars.

I've lived here for 2 years. I dont really have any thing bad to say about them. Everybody's experience ofcourse isn't the same. To answer your question tho, they don't have a trash service, and water is not included. It's a bill u get ever other month.
Please see our Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 domesticated pet per apartment is permitted. Dogs whose breed or dominant breed weight exceeds 45 lbs at maturity are not accepted. The following breeds or partial breeds are not permitted: Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Akitas, Australian Shepherds, and German Shepherds. Exotic animals and reptiles are not accepted. Additional restrictions may apply. Service animals are not considered pets and are allowed to accommodate a handicapped leaseholder or occupant. All animals must be photographed by management before approval. Our Pet fee is $300 and $20 a month for Pet rent. Please let us know if you have any further questions
