Most things are nice, but my fiance and I don't feel we're getting our money's worth anymore. We've been here 2 years, and we're choosing not to rent again. Rent keeps going up, and it's simply not worth the extra "features" they think they're putting in. Among other things, one of the things that frustrates us most is that they charge $25 a month for "valet" trash services that don't actually come to take your trash. 25 for 12 months is $300 that has been going straight down the drain, and they don't let you opt out. Not to mention it takes 25 seconds to walk to the dumpster next to our building. We called the office, and they said other people have been giving them similar feedback. My question is: If this isn't working, why are you doing it? So we are not doing this anymore. Why would you make a valet trash service mandatory, first of all? There are residents who could benefit from it, but dump trucks come to the dumpsters anyway. It's just a cash grab on for their internet listing. Secondly, why would you continue to make it mandatory if multiple tenants have been complaining about it? The money? No wonder there's a revolving door around here. And yes, we tied the bags at the top. (They tried to tell us the trash isn't getting picked up because "ValetLiving" won't pick up trash bags that aren't tied on top. Of course we tie the bags on top! Where else would the ties on the trash bags be located? It's just a scam.) Another change that's driven us away is that the parking lots are also becoming overrun with reserved spots. Not uncommon for apartment complexes to rake in more money that way. It's just sad. We've loved living here. We're currently in a 1b/1b unit, and there are 2b/1b places around here that are about the same price and offer perks that are actually useful. Moving on is a no-brainer.

Yep 1050 and my water bill was almost 40$. That's not including trash.
