My company does Pest Control and I service a lot of mobile homes. This is one of the nicer parks in the county in my opinion.

Residents are not happy with the current state of affairs... tho the park looks attractive. The park has to fix their shareholders corporate issues. Their is a community in the park, who call themselves "driveway drinkers". So if you like your alcohol, you will be welcome. Canadians rent here over the winter, and the park management bends over backwards to accommodate them... The canadians keep to themselves and are just as clicky as the driveway drinkers. Be careful of your neighbors, as gossip is welcomed by a good number of them. Speed limit is not enforced... Stop signs are ignored... especially by bicycle riders. Next would be those in golf carts. Very few walk on the sidewalks, and love walking the streets. It might be this way in other communities, but people have moved because of the park's decision to not assist residents when neighbors cannot get along, and start harassing and bullying each other. Just saying... finally... if you consider buying/renting... try to get the homeowners rules and regulations before making the plunge... but I've also heard they will not show you those until you sign. That's enough.. enjoy...

Just because it says it's a 55 and older community how come so many people claim that it is just a senior citizen living Sorry but some of us are still very active in Lively and alive so is this place just to sit and die or is it also a place to be very active?

Call and ask for Sandy, she is amazing, and might have what is perfect for your mother. Do you have the office phone number?
You can either buy a home and pay rent... $700.00 includes trash, water, lawn service and cable/internet. Buying a home with a share makes the rent half that of a renter.
