My husband and I have lived in Fairway Village since 2001. We did not know anyone when we moved in to the village. We have had wonderful, beautiful, and heartwarming experiences living at this village. We hope to live there many more years. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to enjoy many activities, have fun, be happy, volunteer, and enjoy life.

Thank you for your inquiry, Mike. Our office is not a resale office, all homes are sold by Realtors or by FSBO (the owner). We do provide information about the community and the process at the office. The two Realtors that handle the most sales are Trish Bickell with Charles Rutenberg Realty and Gina Poore' with Remax ACR Elite. Homes for sale are permitted to post a sign in their window. You are welcome to visit the community during our office hours 7AM to 3:30PM Monday thru Friday. Feel free to stop by and pick up some literature about our beautiful community.

Great question & thank you for your inquiry! The 2019 monthly maintenance fee will be $276. That includes: water/sewer, cable, curbside trash pick-up, onsite professional team of employees, guard services, and a host of amenities & activities. We hope you'll visit our beautiful community.
The FVRA office (727) 536-2705 can assist with any inquiry you may have about the guard service. If you need to reach the guard house that number is (727) 536-7775.
