I’m leaving this review for a move in experience, so far I have been in my home for 2 weeks, and apparently I was charged the wrong amount of rent upon move in, and 2 weeks later am still expected to pay full months rent again, I was rushed through my personal inspection and was not allowed to be present before the inspection, which led to some issues being swept under the rug, garage door is broken, hot water barely works and pops the breaker daily. they have switched my property manager already and he has no information on anything, and hasn’t really been able to help or take care of any of my maintenance issues. so far my experience moving in to one of there properties has been sub par at best. I will be reaching out to corporate today

I recently signed a lease with Tradewind Properties and have had a great experience with the team so far! Mindy has been very professional and courteous in getting all the documentation in order and has always responded timely. The home I leased was inspected and cleaned thoroughly and professionally prior to my move-in, which was not at all expected! Additionally, I did have a maintenance request which Rose, the maintenance supervisor, responded to immediately. Looking forward to building a relationship with Tradewind Properties and I would recommend them to others (Landlords & Tenants)! Keep up the good work, ladies!
