Yes. You're not allowed to bring any open liquid containers. But you can bring closed Water bottles. Just about every type of food allowed

You can bring just about anything bags, water, food. Liquids have be unopened though. So if the seal is broken they won't let you bring it in.
I was really surprised at them allowing bags in purses, backpacks everything. I specifically left my purse and/or backpack because I thought I wouldn't get in with it.
If that is a bag of some kind then yes.
