The individual who help me get sized and fitted for a new suit was professional and make me feel like I belong in magazines for best dressed. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why he would do things and worked on making me understand the process but still keep it moving along too. Very professional and would recommend this to anyone who needs a professional tailored suit

Needed a suit for an upcoming wedding. Turnaround time was too short, they couldn’t accommodate, which was my fault , lack of planning. Issue is, I showed up on time, door was locked, salesperson came to the door, unlocked it , never said a word , turned his back and disappeared into another room. Maybe hire someone with a personality and a clue about customer service. Salesperson was incredibly rude and could care less.

I had high hopes for indochino, but I just received my suit and it’s not even close to fitting. I would have gotten a much better (and cheaper) suit if I had bought off the rack. I even went in to have my measurements taken by one of their tailors, so that’s not the problem.

I got fitted for a suit by Dengi at the Boston, Back Bay location and he did a phenomenal job. He knows exactly which styling options are in fashion, and can explain the pros and cons of each. He also did a great job on the adjustments!

Hi there, our showrooms are following the Covid safety protocols below: -Everyone must sanitize their hands when entering the showroom -Customers and employees must wear a face mask during appointments -Employees have daily temperature checks -We’ve altered our hours of operations to allow for additional cleaning and sanitizing, and limited occupancy -We ask customers to reschedule if they are feeling unwell or have travelled outside the country within the past 14 days -Garments altered in the showroom are sanitized before being returned to the customer

Very competent and friendly tailors are there on site to help you choose and get fitted all in one go. I'd recommend you set up an appointment ahead of time so you will have the most efficient service when you visit the shop.
They do not have anything in stock at the store. Everything is custom made to fit. You can go into the store to look at the fabric options in person and to get properly fitted. You can view all their options online as well.
