**READ BEFORE CALLING, 100% REAL REVIEW...ALL 5 STARS ARE PAID FOR** I had a issue or two that needed to be resolved and went to the bar association after SEVERAL attorneys in my area REFUSED TO take the case while proclaiming "you have a solid case for sure" BUT....forgetting there is a time limited of 90 days. Some of them were work related and life threatening....but no one seemed to care. Every attorney I called that were labeled for the specific profession under the bar association, have stepped out of the field, their numbers changed, they changed what they take as cases, etc etc...but NO ONE informs the Bar Association. You legit waste as much time with them on the phone as you do with Mass Health. HARD PASS

This is the best service I know of in Massachusetts to find a competent lawyer to handle virtually any legal issue. I recommend it to people regularly.

Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Those of lower economic status will not receive respect nor a referral for an attorney. If you do not meet their "income guidelines," you'll be referred elsewhere. On 5/31, a representative collected my name, address, phone number and estimated income only to later refuse to provide me with the name of an attorney. When I asked for a supervisor, the representative explicitly stated he would not allow me to speak to one and then hung up on me. Called back and spoke to a supervisor who told me that poor people can't afford the rates of the attorneys who pay into this service and will have to seek help from other agencies. After this negative experience, never again will I contact this company.
