Whether you need a full-time office for your small business or just a place to sometimes use while in Boston, this is the place to do it. Management does an excellent job, particularly to help with your customer service. And for downtown office space you are unlikely to get as much for what you spend anywhere else. You also can easily expand or contract your operations here to a degree that would be impossible elsewhere. Lastly, the manager, Wes, is a genuinely nice guy who will try his best to meet whatever your needs are for space or support. Cannot recommend enough.

We used Intelligent Office space for overflow meetings this week. Location was excellent. Wes and his team did everything to make us feel welcome. They were very responsive from the start and everything went off without a hitch. I'll definitely be using them again! Highly recommend!

I have had my office here for a number of years and I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is extremely flexible and friendly with al a cart options for both you and your business. I started out with a hourly office space and, thanks in no short supply to Intelligent Office, my business has grown and I have had a full time office there for the last couple of years. You cannot beat the location and the facilities are exceptionally well maintained. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We have a total of 14 offices. We have two offices that are designated for hourly or daily use. The other 12 are occupied by our dedicated office clients, who use them as their daily workspace.
We have complimentary filtered water, coffee, and tea in the office at all times. We can also assist with catering for larger groups.
Yes! We have signs posted around the office with the password to the WiFi, which works in all of the conference rooms and offices. We’re also more than happy to provide it for you!
The medium conference room holds up to 8 people, and the large conference room holds up to 16. The large conference room can also be divided into two smaller ones to accommodate multiple groups.
There is a garage located on the bottom floor of our building. There is metered street parking available on Franklin Street and the neighboring streets. There are also several parking garages within an easy walk of our building.
