We recommend ages 14+ for airsoft. Airsoft equipment is designed to current U.S. military specifications so they are designed to fit people between 64"-74" in height. The tactical vests, guns, and masks simply dont fit well for people outside of that height range and it's not as enjoyable.
I saw ages 10 to all ages playing regularly paintball did see airsoft
