These guys Just installed a new oil burner for me, They absolutely killed it. I'm so impressed with the install. CLEAN, NEAT WORK. I've been doing Field work in the telecom industry for 10 years and I HIGHLY appreciate good work. You get what you pay for.

Became a Tuxis-Ohr's Fuel customer due to the fact of Power Fuels selling out to them - not by choice but believe me it only took a year to wake up to their rudeness - very rude staff answering phones and extremely rude billing person JIM - wants you to pay for mistakes made by Tuxis-Ohr's employees (litterally) - make sure when you close your account with this company you get it in writing because they will want you to pay for the mistakes made by their employees (both on the phone and delivery employees) - would and will NEVER recommend this fuel company to anyone! They need customer service training (especially Jim) and they need to realize their customers are their bread and butter!

BE WARNED - Fraudsters. They have a delivery charge infused into your bills that you don't know about or sometimes see. I actually called them to refund those charges and they recommended that I go start using another company. BBB and Dept of Consumer Protection needs to investigate their Oil services. In summary, you are robbed without knowing it. I am surprised that the Mayor of the City of Meriden has not looked into this matter.
