Seems like every time I come here to pick up a load it’s consistently taking 4-6 hours after the appointment. The folks that work here are friendly enough but 4-6 hours out of a drivers day can really mess up a lot on a 1,200 mile haul. Also it would be nice if someone would take the initiative to sweep or power wash up the pile of broken pallet boards/nails in front of the shipping dock. No sense in leaving here with a nail or a damaged trailer tire. Just some constructive criticism here. Thank you. 2 weeks later I picked up on a Saturday. Shipping dock area was nice & clean of debris. I was loaded up quickly.. thank you!!

Nice People GPS took me to a spot across the railroad tracks from where I was supposed to be so just be aware on your map they are easy to see from the hwy

Super slow overall. Got here at 13:15 for a 14:00 appointment, got the door at 16:00, it's 18:00 now and still being loaded

Very friendly staff. Got here at 6am for a 11am appointment and was told appointment for 1300 so went to truck stop just down the road and waited till noon then came back and was put in a door. Now just waiting to get loaded. FYI I PC to safe haven and back so my clock will stop and not loose my time.
