Terribly bad phone service. More than 30 minutes and I never managed to talk to anyone. Twice I have had to come all the way from Moultrie to speak with a representative and make appointments for clients. This situation is disappointing.

It is so hard for older people and any other age to get in contact with these people. They don't answer the phone so how can you make an appointment. It's sad when it use to be so much better. Help help help

The phone system has extremely bad static which makes conversaton impossible. The young many who answered called me back and was helpful but the technology is F-minus.

I was treated terribly. I called to get my medicare card replaced. I have ESRD and I'm scheduled to get work up done next month. The first time I called I was berated and rudely spoken to instead of given instructions that could help me. I understand my mistakes, they treated me as if I were stupid. Do better. I was nothing but respectful. The second time I called was a better experience but he still had a impatient tone. I got what I needed done but I definitely shouldn't feel bad to get what I need.

I got my id card just need social security card I got the paperwork
You have to go into the office to make an appointment
Not applying for disability. Social security retirement
All documents, the reason why you're applying
Yes, if indicated on your hearing letter indicating schedule & other specifics. Please make sure because I lived in Tallahassee, but my hearing was in Thomasville. Go figure!
Hard question to answer every day is different. Replacement card applications are pretty quick. When you sign in just make sure to fill in the appropriate info and bring a valid state ID/drivers license
I believe so
I’ve been on hold for 3 hours 🥴
Currently you can't bring anything into their office, not even a packet of papers. The office is closed due to the pandemic, however there are still people there working. Best thing to do is to call to find out what to do.
Ok
Probably the 23rd
No he will not
No. You can go as a walk in.
No
Yes you can apply for disability at your age go into there office in thomasville or u can go on line and apply I wish u luck
Apparently and it must be clear at least we tried in Albany and that's how it works but maybe thomasville isn't so strict.
They close at 4 pm I think. Get there at 330..most everyone has been helped and employees will stay til you've been helped
I'm not exactly sure but when going to a place like the Social Security office your best bet is to bring your social security card and your ID proof of address at least two forms for proof of address and have all your documents together showing proof that you need temporary disability
And current valid state or federal ID with a photo on it
You can visit the local office and request a print out. They can also reset your online account so you can have access in the future. Just bring a valid state ID/Drivers license
You can always request to call them back. They will provide their name, 888 number and extension.
Hold on
Not in GA just yet but hopefully soon. Just bring your state ID/Drivers license and fill in the appropriate info when you check in
As far as I know, you're pretty much on your own. Or, in most towns you can dial 2-1-1 for answers to questions regarding available local community resources.
Contact your local Social security office
The application instructions provide a list of items you may use.
Can't do online. Must complete process in person or mail application with ORIGINAL documents for name change.
