Stayed for two nights to attend a wedding. What a lovely venue. Guests stay in houses around the property. Streets lined with lighted live oak trees. Many historic elements. No office, check-in or check out spot. All communications start with a phone call. That was a little different. A few small problems with the room but all minor. Mini fridge in room but no ice.

This place is amazing. Great rooms, grounds and staff. We were only there for one night for a wedding but would definitely go back just for a stay. Highly recommend.

South Eden Plantation was just what we needed for our Valentine's/Honeymoon/Anniversary/Birthday celebration. The Honeymoon Cottage was superb!

All our suites here at southeden feature Stern's and foster mattresses . They certainly are the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on as well !! Hope to have you back soon
Our beautiful 38 acre property is not equipped for hunting due to zoning. However, we can recommend wonderful local hunting options to guests staying onsite. Most excursions require advance notice so inquire before you stay!
