Been trying for days too. Tried 4 times last night from midnight to 343 in the morning.....this shouldn't be so difficult if they only allow pickup.
You could buy online after midnight a pickup slots were opened up the last couple weeks. But now they are closed all this week to reresetup for monday, June 1, when the store will reopen to the public.
100 orders a day? Can't be serious! Especially if they're closed to foot traffic, they should process at least 1000 orders a day. If they can't handle that they need Amazon to teach them some new business model.
Try at midnight that will be your only golden moment as of now they are just processing around 100 orders per day which easily reach threshold within minutes.
There is a website that monitors the availability - https://ikea-status.dong.st/ However you have to act quickly once you get notification. There is no rule when the slot will open I see mostly in the morning but also randomly during the day too.
You have to try early in the morning, unfortunately Ikea is limited to daily sales once they reach their limit you will be unable to purchase.
I need to place an order and we are driving to Frisco from Oklahoma City but it will only show a pick up for today instead of tomorrow. So do I have to wait to place my order after midnight or will they hold out items until tomorrow?
Apparently Ikea has closed for awhile due to Covid
hit the NEXT button about every 30 minutes and it should eventually work. i just placed an order after trying for a few hours
This happened to me also, tried once around 8pm no luck, again around 2am and then it worked no issues around 9:30am! Good luck!!
