Our third room was great. The first two were not ready. One had drinks on the desk and night stand and no linens on the beds. The second had been cleaned but had the duvet and pillows piled on furniture and no linens. The staff was great though. We called from the second room instead of going downstairs and the front desk employee came upstairs to verify that the new room was ready and then brought us keys.

Very close too a lot of restaurants and town center. Staff was very sweet rooms were decent. I guess the only thing I would say about it is the hotels a little bit older so there are some noticeable wear and tear but nothing too turn major. Overall awesome stay would visit again when I’m in the area.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Front desk attendant was super nice and helpful. Close to a lot of dining and attractions. We were directly across from the elevator hall, and heard very little noise. I know for fact the hotel is completely booked, and there are several youth athletic competitions this weekend so it's full of kids. I'm actually impressed at how quiet it is here. We will definitely book here again the next time we are in Frisco.

The staff was friendly for the most part. Loved that there were so many restaurants near by, but the location next to highway was not that great. The noise from the cars zooming by all night was super loud. Our floor and room smelled of Marijuana, we kept complaining and nothing was done about it. Not many options for breakfast and most of the bagels were stale. This was one stay and done type of place.
