Although we are locals, my husband an I take little getaways every so often just to spend time alone and reconnect, and this hotel is our go-to place. The location is very convenient. It is private, but close to all amenities - restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The place is very clean and well kept. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is truly the best. They always go out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A big SHOUT OUT to Heinz at the front desk who remembers our name every time, and for all the great, personalized service and attention to details she provides. BIG Thank you, too to the hard-working and nice people of the restaurant. They are so friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Tired - in needs refurbishment Ants in room, coffee maker broken - never replaced despite notifying. I upgraded to a suite to do some interviews, ended up using public area as it was clean and not tired furniture. Stains on rug in my room, furniture looked as if it was 100 years old. Outside my room was a wet spot on the carpet that remained all week. I gave two stars as the breakfast staff was super attentive. I don’t recommend going to this facility.

It was a very nice hotel. The lights were out in our bathroom and the maintenance guys were on it as soon as we let them know. My only complaint is the desk clerk watched my grandson and I walk back and forth with our luggage trying to find the correct elevator to take us to our room and didn't say a word until I specifically asked. As I an a disabled US Army Vet with a noticeable knee impairment, it would have been nice had she asked if I needed assistance rather than watch us struggle while noticeably lost.

The staff wouldn't pick up at front office called many times an no answer. Housekeeping didn't clean our room the whole three day stay. Better hotels for the same money. Never staying here again.
