The service, rooms, location, and continental breakfast were all amazing!! Let me add that absolutely everything, including the swimming pool is wheelchair/handicap accessible! I really wanted to give this hotel 5 🌟 but because there was a few things that just couldn't be looked passed, I have to give it 4 stars. Rooms: we had a room attached to another room so we could all hang out, we were there for my daughter's graduation. It was nice to be able to easily go between rooms but still have privacy when needed. The beds were super soft and the rooms were very clean. Microwave, refrigerator were clean, everything was very nice. ⭐️1 problem: there was no handicap bar to help you sit on the toilet. They had a bar in the shower, though. When I made reservations a month early, I let them know that it needed to be handicap accessible. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and did everything possible to make your stay perfect. No complaints there! The only other complaints are: ⭐️the elevator wasn't working. It would go down but if you wanted to go up you had to wait on the person working upfront to go up then come down and pick you up. Nothing major, just a Hassel...but 1 of the elevators would bounce really hard and stop occasionally and that was scary, especially when you are on the top floor! Final complaint ⭐️: Each place that said, "ice/vending" had no ice or vending the first 2 nights. That meant either you got in your car and drove to a gas ⛽️ station or you bought something from the front desk which was extremely over priced! We had a great stay and we realize no hotel is perfect. We would stay here again. They do have rooms that are fully handicap accessible and the fact that their pool has a handicap lowering chair is awesome! This was the first hotel I've seen with one, way to go Hampton Inn! Highly recommended hotel 🏨.

Positive: The breakfast was great, clean areas, at front desk they had fresh water, coffee and teas all day. Our room was clean. Great customer service.

Positive: Everything was great at this hotel. The room temperature was good when we arrived. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shades in the room were great as there was not much light coming in once the sun rose which was nice too.
