This hotel is one of the best Holiday Inn express. The rooms are large clean, the breakfast's fresh with great selection . The hotel location is great next to the Toyota Stadium. The staff is attentive friendly helpful and serves the guests. I had to extend my stay because I was snowed in and the Hotel was shut down because the streets were not safe to drive. Breakfast Food was scarce and I was the last one in line and did not receive a meal so mark Martinez gave me his lunch which was a salad a pineapple a pineapple and bottle water I was the last one in line and did not receive a meal so mark Martinez gave me his lunch which was a salad a pineapple and bottle water. Tyler was very accommodating it made me feel safe Like I was home. She grabbed a couple of bananas from the kitchen which helped me curve my appetite when we couldn't go out because of the snow. On the 3rd day when it was safe to drive my truck was covered in ice and snow and Antonio went above and beyond I'll be on to help me get the ice off my truck so that I could leave. These above and beyond great customer service focus employees deserve 5 star and more rating. Thank you so much for the bottom of my heart for the great hospitality during a trying snowed in 3 additional day stay. You definitely demonstrated great customer service To everyone of you Mark Martinez Tyler Antonio and Edward. You redefine hospitality the heart of a servant for its guests.

The front desk clerk (Lucas) wasn't honest about room availability. We were given a handicap room (bathroom door doesn't lock, grab bars everywhere... felt like staying in a nursing home) and when I asked to change, he said the hotel was "sold out". I immediately went to the hotel's website and found that there were LOTS of rooms available for that night (in many "room types"). It was an obvious lie. The next day, I spoke to the GM about Lucas' lie, and the GM (Mark) was just as rude. I cannot tolerate businesses who lie to their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't stay here unless you want your things stolen. I left my wallet in the safe that I didn't think I had to lock if I was going to be back soon. Besides, I was the only one who had a key card so if anyone was going in to clean the room, why would you take something so obvious..? Thanks a lot Holiday Inn.

We selected this hotel based on a very pleasant experience at another Holiday Inn Express in the Dallas area. Sadly, we have been very very disappointed with this hotel. It seems they are using Covid to cut down on housekeeping. Getting clean towels is almost impossible. During our stay, we have tried to get clean towels every other day which we did not think was too much to ask given that the rates have not gone down during Covid. We were told that if we leave our used towels outside the door before we leave for the day, fresh towels would be delivered. Imagine how unhappy we were she were turned to the room at 8 o’clock at night and find no towels in the room. When we went to the front desk to ask for towels, we were told there are no towels. What a great way to run a hotel!
