We recently stayed for a night at this location and were excited to arrive with our past experience with Embassy Suites. This location was great but had some setbacks. The room condition was excellent, the A/C worked but seemed to be struggling. My wife and I set it to 70 degrees and left the room for the evening and arrived to it still trying to reach 70 degrees. It stayed on for the majority of the night trying to cool the room down. It did not bother us much, but it was worth mentioning. Additionally, we wanted to enjoy the pool and spa later in the evening and found that it was occupied for "swim lessons". The entirety of the pool was coned off and the swim instructors were using all of it. My wife and I sat in there for a while hoping that they would finish but had no luck after an hour. This was upsetting due to the fact that we paid for a room with the amenities provided but it was being rented out for a local swim school. I would hope that Embassy Suites would understand that we are headed into hot summer days and guests will want to use the pool more regularly. I would rather go to another hotel down the road that keeps their amenities for guests staying there instead of other local businesses. Other than our frustrating pool and spa incident we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is excellent and all of the staff is very nice!

I just have to give a shout out to the great service at this Embassy Suites!! I am HIlton Honors platinum and I am used to getting great service but this stay was just over the top.... I met customer advocate France when I arrived and he checked me in and made sure that my stay was set to be perfect by accommodating a special last minute request for adjoining rooms... France did not hesitate.... He quickly went to work and made phone calls to make sure they could make our wish a reality and in no time he had it all figured out and we were good to go!!! Thank you so much France and Embassy!! We will be back!!

Positive: The location and the breakfast were excellent. The chefs making the omelettes we¿re definitely the friendliest and Best of the hotel staff we encountered with the table bus service being a close second. Negative: The room smelled like a wet dog. The carpets and all fabric need a good cleaning/airing. The WiFi was substandard for a full service hotel-I¿ve had better service for free elsewhere. We were not greeted at checkin. Overall not a great stay for the rati

The first couple of days we stayed here, there was a very strong sewer smell between the lobby and convention center entrance doors. The entire hotel was very clean in appearance and I loved the myriad of fountains. Our room was very nice except for the fact that the air conditioner did not seem to function. My wife gets sick to the point of nausea in Temps above 67 over a long period of time (hours or sooner if she gets a hot flash). The first night a maintenance worker attempted to fix it. The next day we asked the front desk if they had a fan or could we switch rooms. They told us that they would get it fixed, but we still returned to a room that was above 74. I went and bought a fan. Before we booked the hotel we read somewhere that they had 24/7 room service...they do not. Room service operates between 5pm and 9pm, and they don't deliver to the room...you have to go pick it up. Their breakfast setup was great and the food was good. They do custom omelets, but nothing else. The bartenders were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to take of a room service order that was not correct even though the cook had already closed things down. The pool/gym were clean and well stocked. The hot tub did not work the first 5 days we were there. It was working 2 days before we left. The sauna did not work the entire time we were there. On our 6th day we upgraded our room so an older son could spend some time with us. The room's AC worked and it was cool enough for my wife not to need a fan. The views from both of our rooms was amazing. Oh, and FYI...late checkouts cost an extra $25. Not that it really mattered, but we were not informed of this and did not find out until hours later.
