Ikea has an online ordering option now where you can either have the item delivered to the store or directly to your home. We usually get our products within a week or so.

Marcos Costa I have tried to call, but the phone number listed doesn't work. I've tried emailing and told I would get a response in 24-48 hours, that was over a week ago. This message board was my last option.
I would call them and ask the question. I assume they would order it for you if it is not discontinued.
