Why do you sell a refrigerator and then suggest for the customer to buy the water line for hookup, when you know the service guys delivering the refrigerator will not hook up the new water line because they don't have the tools you need a plumber.

Byron is correct. Their employees aren't licensed plumbers.

None of the big stores do the install of water lines. You need a plumber or DIY. They don't want the liability.
