Angela was amazing to work with. I went in to buy a new bed and though I had done my research, she proved her knowledge and expertise, exceeding my expectations. She asked all the right questions to ensure I would leave happy and satisfied—with the right mattress for me and my sleeping habits. The first time that we went in looking for a new couch, Sherri immediately offered us assistance and gave us space and time to browse on our own. We didn’t find anything that time but went back and saw her a month later. She spent over 2 hours with us the second time finding us the right piece and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Got a pretty good deal on a large sofa as well.

Rooms to Go at Pinellas Park, FL has an awesome sales team matched by the furniture selections and quality. Chris Irvan, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful and professional. His “no pressure” approach to sales was so refreshing. And to top it off, he is responsive to phone calls and text at all hours of the day for follow up questions or changes to orders. The store manager, Franklin, was also fantastic to work with. He was very helpful in explaining the store policies and how he works behind the scenes to ensure your furniture orders are fulfilled with the best efficiency for your needs. I highly recommend you visit the store when you’re in the market for a satisfying furniture market experience.

This is covering my first steps in getting some new furniture. I went to at least 6 different furniture stores in the Pinellas Park & St Pete area. I had purchased some furniture from Rooms To Go a while ago & had been happy with quality of what I chose. Leonard was my salesperson this time. Greeted me with a big welcome smile. He let me roam around the store without hanging around me. When I had decided on some pieces I liked we then worked together. On my first trip I still had other places to check out. I was impressed though because I liked what I saw & most of the items were available. After looking at other stores and I must say for the most part sales people were nice and fairly knowledgeable. There is definitely an availability issue out there. I finally decided to get a number of items from Rooms To Go and went back to see Leonard. To my delight most of my furniture was available with only 2 pieces on back order. He was also helping another customer & handled the situation expertly. I will check back when my furniture delivered. Don't need it for a few weeks since I am closing on a new place so then I will rate delivery and the furniture condition when it arrives. I highly recommend the store in Pinellas Park and Leonard.
