He may be in solitary confinement. If he is, they are allowed one phone call per month. He also could have been transferred to a different facility. You can google BOP inmate search and look him up by registration number or his name, age and race. They usually do not notify them prior to transferring them. Hope it all works out.
Go over their heads and contact your state senator for help. I've had to do that, but not at that prison.
