Okay so I noticed alot of the reviews had outdated information. So came here just before 6pm so I don't know how much it changes during the day. They say they do trailer inspections outside now, and not in dock doors like they use to but again could change or be altered in the day. Than either someone will come out to you or for me at night you walk in to a blue door near dock 74 amd check in. They will give you directions on live or drop and hook. For live you open trailer doors, slide tandems back and go to assigned door and back in. Wait for light to go from green, red, than back to green. Must have clean trailer with no nails or debris. Than once have green pull up, slide tandems to proper driving hole, I myself I just put it to 43 trailer mark. Go to scale and walk to scale office. They will tell you the weight, bring bol, or give you additional instructions. Than you follow the buildings out to independence drive, left turn, than a left turn on Saratoga Blvd. Should take most drivers back where they came from unless they are a local which they will go their own route anyways.

Arrived on time (actually arrived early) with a very clean and super dry trailer. I was greeted promptly (didn’t have to leave my cab) by Darian and the team, and given clear instructions on the next step. They have a scale on site, and the very polite scale lady even told me to “…slide my tandems to the rear two holes and you should be good…” which I did. Once I met the weight I was given BOLs and seal and instructed how to exit the property. I will come back here again.

Staff is not good... No restroom clean... Everybody aggressive behavior... Scale ticket lady not good... She no coprate the driver...

Expect to run out of hours here, loading and unloading takes an extremely long time, and they only do one truck at a time in a seemingly random order. The "very clean" bathrooms mentioned in other reviews have been replaced with a single disgusting filthy porta potty, and the vending machines are gone, or at least no longer available to drivers. You cannot stay overnight here, so make sure your company allows personal move. Absolutely horrible place. Don't send your owner operators here, have some respect for them and don't be garbage like some companies.
