What time is best to go on sat to avoid crowd. Preferably early to see the lit trees? And how cold is it

Thanks everyone, I ended up getting there 5:30pm way busy. Weather was a lot better at least tolerable then few years ago. Will try again on weekdays

There will always be a crowd on the weekends. Best bet is to go during the week. Still a bit crowded though. Crowds begin to clear later on in the evening between 9ish and 930

I went last sat with my fam about 9pm. It was full, but we found parking and were able to walk around and take beautiful pictures without any problem. Maybe if you are there by 5 or 5:30pm its not that full and you would be there when they turn on the lights.

It seems pretty busy anytime you go. After dark all the trees are light up and beautiful.

Its cold and worse with wind ..... and up till 3.30 its ok after that it starts getting crazy!
