This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are nasty and out dated. I have been here for almost 5 hours without a working television. I have requested assistance 3 times now. This is not a 3star hotel. I saw a roach crawling up the wall. The couch is so filthy I can't and wont sit on it. I can't believe I picked this mess. It's the worst.

We have ever been in such a dirty room like this. Very disgusting sofa bed with full of suspicions stains and discomfort mat. Room has strongly smell of urine, cigarette and human. Mattresses are discomfort. There is only one comforter for 2 beds. The bathroom fan has no cover. WIFI is extremely slow so we could not use it at all. This hotel needs to be renovated.

the hotel smelled strongly of weed and needed renovation. Sofa bed was disgusting with mysterious stains, bread crumb, smelly...I feel dirty seating on it. Bathroom ceiling had mold. Walls need to repaint. The list can be on and on for just 1 room. During the check in at 8pm, the receptionist is no where to be found. They do not serve breakfast but when I call down to front desk, receptionist said that they serve breakfast. When I go down to lobby, they don't even have enough blue berry muffins for everyone who got in line. I would give this place 0 star if I could

I really don't see why people have complaints about this hotel. The staff is courteous, the rooms are clean! Some people don't value hard work, but it's obvious management is paying attention to this hotel. I still have no complaints. T. Washington
