No animals, dogs or otherwise, are permitted on any portion of the Gulf of Mexico beach in Pinellas County. Search Pinellas County Parks & Recreation, dog parks. There is an exhaustive list with addresses and rules. (BTW, it is a $146 fine 1st offense.)
The park is not on the beach. It across the street in the preserve.
They are not allowed on the beach. The dog park area is across the street from the beach.
