Went to one of Tania's classes with a couple friends while we were on vacation & everything about the class was just perfect! It was invigorating while not being too challenging (after all, it's so hot), & Tania was so sweet, welcoming, & explained everything very well. Wish we could go more often!

Yoga with Tania is awesome and on the beach for me is the ultimate workout. The best part of the class is how Tania guides you to your very best practice by her reminders about breathing, watching your alignment, and remembering to smile. I am so grateful to have found this awesome practice that strengthens your body, mind, and soul & brings yogis from all over together.

Yes parking is often an issue but now school is back in this week it should be a lot better. One alternative is to go East on 22nd and park on Bay Blvd. Also public parking at 17th, or all other easements and walk down the beach. Please come early that always makes a difference!
