Hatch called me to hire directly, but turned around and resends the invitation because they didn’t approve of my signature 🤔 they completely showed prejudice towards my nationality and should be held accountable. I tried to reserve my rights with a U.C.C and they would not accept my paperwork. Probably fraudulent activity going on here. Completely unacceptable

This place is a horrible place to work unless you a sleeping with management. I had 3 out of for records on the bumper line and instead of getting the line leader position when it was open they gave it to the girl who was sleeping with plant supervisor. She didn't even know how to operate one machine on the line. The women who sleep with maintenance or supervision are the only people to climb here. They intentionally send out bad parts then blame operator's for the bad parts. They have people who supposedly look at parts before shipped but they are to busy tring to sleep with supervisors then to inspect parts. Collen in HR is a joke she does nothing but cover up for Brandon, Wally, Vince, and Matt. All upper management. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here or have parts made here horrible company all around.

I was fired at exactly 17 points, which is what is supposed to happen while working there. But I know people who used to work there and still do work there who are/have been over 17 points and still have not been fired. Would not recommend working here.
