Very dependable lab, with great staff. Been working with them for quite awhile and they haven’t let me down! They also have a wide variety of different substances that they can test for.

I left a voice mail but this may be easier... what does it cost to have water tested for tannins? and is there any special prep? also can the sample be sent to you via ups?

I don't believe this company tests for that. As far as I know they test for things like bacteria, arsenic and nitrates, etc. I would call a water treatment company like Kinetico.
