I ordered about 6 protable sanders worth around $125.00 each an supposed to have been shipped in 7 days, it's been more than 2weeks an nothing. I been calling an no answer they have no tech support. Will not be going to them again!

Placed an order with this company, they advertise free shipping if the purchase exceeds a certain dollar amount, which my purchases did. The product arrived and the shipping company would not drop off the package until the shipping costs were paid, I showed them the receipt that showed free shipping, they stated JB Tools did not pay the shipping, shipping company refused to drop off package. Wasted several hours of my time meeting shipping company at my home. I suggest using another source or company for your future part orders. A full credit to original form of payment will be requested.

When the battery arrived at my house, I opened the box and found that the battery had not been packed with any padding whatsoever; it was just in a cardboard box and at some point in shipping by UPS, it must have been dropped because there was a big dent in the upper right corner of the battery and the top of it was partially pushed up and warped. If the battery had been packed better, maybe dropping it by the shipper would not have ruined it but I can't be sure about that. In any event, JB Tools gave me a full refund and paid for the return shipping which I thought was fair. In the future, I may buy tools from this vendor but definitely not anything that will require it to be packed well. I ended up buying this battery from another vendor and it was extremely well packed with lots of padding and in apparently excellent condition.

out of 3 orders, only received 1. tried for a month to get them to correct this. cant get anybody on the phone. nobody to call me back. theyve stopped replying to my emails. my loss i guess.
