It's rare when you leave a business and think " those people really cared about helping me out ", but such was the case when I left National Testing Labs! I had the opportunity to meet a few of the technicians and they were very helpful in explaining what my results would mean. The Lab Director ( Chrissy ) even took time to introduce herself & offered to answer any additional questions I might have.

This is the second time I’ve used them and they’re really slow with results, or they just don’t send them at all. I’ve had to chase on several occasions. I’m going to use someone else next time.

I don't work there but I know they do a lot of micro tests on just plain water. You can call the main sales office in Cleveland.
