i have a friend who was dishonorably discharged for not reporting to active duty would he still be welcomed in to a vet homeless shelter i cant put him up cause of my living in fed sub housing

A person who receives a dishonorable discharge is not a veteran and therefore does NOT qualify for any VA benefits!!!!
