I really don’t have many words , I didn’t want to come to the point of leaving a review against this company. But very unorganized, inefficient, not cooperative, non-cordial, inconsiderate, and it’s not all of the workers fault but once upon a time this system wasn’t broken. I was told an appointment was one day and not another but they should have someone in their stamping and booking in a calendar 📅 more dedicated to figuring solutions.

They do everything to not allow you to see your kids . They told me I have to call the day before to verify I’m coming . So I call over 15 times no answer . Leave voicemails no replies . I even email them were they say we will cal you . They never called me never tried to contact me and my visits were cancelled and put in as a no show . To me it seems like this was intentional this place needs to be looked at by the state because it’s wrong what they are doing.

I volunteered to take someone to see her child on a visit, because she hadn't no one to babysit her newborn. She called New Hope to let them know, the day before. We got there, oversudden the person who took her child illegally with bad accusations, instead of New Hope let the person know., only told her, the moment she arrived, where she cancelled in the the last moment when she arrived, because she didn't want the little girl to meet her little baby brother. ATTORNEY GENERAL, take notice of NEW HOPE's illegal actions, accusations and services.
