The top of the top keeping businesses honest. If I didn’t contact the BBB, who knows how long I would have waited. It’s unfortunate though that I the customer have use this service to get done what usual businesses should do on a daily basis. Thanks again BBB!

I had an issue with a hospital pursuing billing claims that I had already paid. My efforts to communicate with the hospital billing agency directly weren’t getting me anywhere and the hospital began sending me collections warnings. (Despite having credit card receipt info). I reached out the the BBB and the hospital immediately responded and within a week or so the claim was resolved. I am very thankful for the work of the BBB.

I alway have a wonderful experience with the BBB. I can’t count the times that they have help me be successful in negotiations with different businesses to get them to do the right thing. If you run into a situation when a business is refusing to be a stand up company contact the BBB and give it a try. No business wants negative reviews especially which the BBB. THANKS
