I rented the hall B for July, prior to the party Sameer showed us all the controls and where everything was. When we received the hall at 430 everything was clean and we were able to decorate the hall and put everything out in a timely fashion.. we contacted him during the party to see if we can extend it an hour and he was very understanding and said yes. We left the hall clean but had forgotten to take out the trash, the owner was very understanding and let us take out the trash the next morning.. we got our security deposit back within the 7-10days as stated in the contract.. he was very approachable and understanding we will definitely be booking again..

I recently had my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party and rented out the space at studio 209. Sameer was great to work with and made the whole process in booking easy and seamless. The space is great for any type of event and will book again in the future.
